We are a large, multi-unit building that offers a variety of living options for its residents. The complex has a mix one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units, making it suitable for a range of needs and budgets.

Property manager
Noel is known for his calm and steady leadership; he is also a friendly and approachable point of contact for tenants and is always willing to listen to their concerns and do whatever he can to help. Fluent in both English and Spanish.

HEAD SUPERINTENDENT
Through hard work and dedication, Oscar was promoted to head super, where he now oversees all maintenance and repair operations at the complex. He has a strong passion for ensuring that our residents have a comfortable and well-maintained home. In his role as Head Superintendent, he is responsible for overseeing all maintenance and repair requests, as well as managing a team of technicians to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Jose is always available to answer any questions or concerns that our residents may have, and provide the highest level of customer service.
HVAC - Heating Specialist
Orestes is the HVAC & heating specialist at Presidential Estates. Born in Cuba and has been living in the United States for 20+ years. As the HVAC/heating specialist, it is his responsibility to ensure that the heating and cooling systems are functioning properly and efficiently. Orestes has a strong background in HVAC repair and maintenance and am skilled in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of issues.
